1.    Should we re-stripe our parking lot every year? And if so why?

To brighten your business and give it a good first impression.      To maximize the number of parking spaces and your parking lot becomes instantly more organized and safer.

2.    Why spend money on parking lot striping?

Handicap zones more visible.        Re-striping every year keeps your business currant and adds to the curb appeal.

3.     What kind of paint do you use?

I use federal standard highway latex paint that is not harmful to the environment.

4.     If you do my lines can you minimize the disruption to my business?

There should be little to no disruption to your business.  The paint dries within minutes so parking lots can be done in blocks or at night or on the weekends.

5.     How long will my parking lot will be closed off?

Parking lots are very rarely closed because the paint dries quickly and I am always there to redirect traffic.

6.  How much will it cost?

7.  How many handicapped spots do I need and where should they be located?

You need at least one handicap zone depending on the size of your parking lot.  The handicap zone should be placed near the  main door or the ramp.

8.  How much notice do you need to mark the lines in my parking lot?

I would like at least a days notice.

9.  Who is responsible for preparing the site?

I will do light sweeping to prepare the parking lot.

10.  Do I need to do anything after the paving is done?

Nothing needs to be done after the lines are painted.  I stay until everything is dry and packed up.
